English to South African Sign Language Translator
A translator for South African Sign Language, the 12th official language of South Africa, and the beginning of a "universal translator" for deaf people.
South African Sign Language became the 12th official language of South Africa in 2023, and yet deaf people still don't have adequate accessibility out in the world.
This translator is the beginning of a brighter future for our deaf communities in our country. Starting as a simple translator to interest others in learning the language, the ambitious plan is a "universal translator" for deaf people to see signs when others speak.
From translation to video compilation, databases and data engineering is our speciality.
